We worked with Tina for almost a year looking for our dream home. We were looking at short sale / foreclosure properties as well as regularly listed homes in very specific areas. Second house was in Four Seasons @ Manalapan. House sold at near asking price SAME DAY!! It went great.
Recently just sold mom's condo in Covered Bridge. Again..multiple offers. I got $4000 more & it was asking price. Sold in about 6 weeks.
